I understand I’m young but with my busy schedule I really need a place to stay. I am very mature for my age and take on many responsibilities for someone my age. I’ve never had a problem keeping up on rent and I am a hard worker. Please consider me!!

Please I would ask you to not up the rent randomly, and if you do to politely let me know so we could discuss that. Please if I am paying you for my own room please don’t go through my stuff when I’m gone I find it very disrespectful. I am super nice and funny and love to joke and am very caring. I’m a very strong women who can handle and tolerate many things but one this I will not tolerate is being disrespected in any way.
