Hi there, I am 45, in the process of getting a divorce from husband of almost twenty years. Have decided to move back to my home state of CA from KS, though I would prefer not to live alone yet. A roommate would be perfect! I don’t have kids or pets, I really keep to myself for the most part, and can usually be found hanging outside if the weather is good. I keep a clean space, can cook, and don’t mind cleaning. My credit is great, I have money for deposits and am organized.
