Both me and my married spouse are looking for a place to stay after deciding to relocate closer to McMinnville for work. We are able to provide proof of income and past rental payments if required. We have no criminal history and I will consent to a drug screen if required of you. We are often quiet, and have a stable relationship so there won’t be any drama. I have a female cat that’s about 7 months old, and she is very well behaved. Both of us clean as we go so shared spaces won’t ever be a mess. We are looking to move by April 1st.
