Updated 10/18: Need room/apt share ASAP. I just arrived for a large build project on Hobe Sound on 10/9! Currently in company paid accommodations they generously extended w move out by 11/5. New to this area of FL.

Florida resident, coming back from Connecticut, sick elderly dad, he did pass away, Lymphoma 😒. 54, was working construction up in CT as Project Accountant and own place up CT-lease up didn’t extend to left both to come back to FL for this opportunity.

Seeking room/share - w my indoor cat Chloe, my kitty of 4 yrs-from Tampa Humane. She has no mean bone, she’s just lovely 2 All. She’s Never been outside, is 6+ years old, w shots. Non destructive-I wouldn’t have that, thankfully she’s a lazy girl. Not a dirty dishes left in sink type. 😊

Laundry is important. Furnished great. Will need to have a lock and key for door as usual standard nowadays.

I’m an outdoor smoker and 420 outside weekends -I don’t think it any other way. I’m responsible, work focused. I’m tired after work, solitude to just sit, relax, read. I am usually outside or lanai after work, lawn chair relaxing w cat. I am non drinker, a party hound wouldn’t work, someone w normal life habits is good.

Up very early for work, I’m respectful, not a cabinet banger, door slammer, we nap, sleep schedules lol. 😄Hope to hear back! Again SS so long.
