I am very easy going, I love to laugh, always trying to keep things light, cuz life is heavy enough already! I enjoy cleaning, because I choose to live in a clean environment, as I am not the outdoor gardener, cuz I hate to sweat. I have grandkids, ages 11-19, some inherited. I love children of all ages. They are the innocent ones in the struggle we call life, yet full of hope. Love animals but do not have any. Be nice to others, because nice matters! I want a private affordable living in a stable home privately owned and would consider childcare as a partial trade towards rent being more affordable. I work and must do so, as I have never been independently wealthy. My husband died of cancer destroying all my retirement savings, but I would have traded my limbs to save him. I am currently a caretaker, and I have previously been a live-in Nanny. Both having references. But throughout each live-in situation I kept a job to keep an income of private money stash…. never putting all my eggs in that one basket. Lived, and know how life is! Enjoy, and do it like you mean it. No roomies and looking for a normal deposit!!!
