I am an 18 y/o woman and have a 10 year old cat that keeps to himself and gets along with other animals. I graduated in 2021 so although my age makes it seem like I haven’t lived alone, I just finished a 12 month lease at an apartment complex. I work full time in the malibu area as a florist so I will be out of the house a decent amount and can provide flowers for our common areas. I keep all common areas clean and am ok with keeping to myself or being social. I am very go with the flow and love the beach.
