I am a friendly 56 year old man. I can move in right away. I’d like to help an elderly person by living with them and helping them with tasks they cannot manage in return for a reduced or minimal rent. I am good at keeping a place clean and tidy. I’ve lived in the area for six years and want to stay around here to be near my 12 year old daughter who lives with her mother. I work in the wood finishing industry but I have 1-2 hours a day I can help a person to get along in their own home. I am originally from Ireland and I have a university education. I am also a handy person who has worked in construction all my life so I enjoy fixing things.
