I’m relocating to Austin from Phoenix, AZ at the end of August beginning of September for work. I am looking to live in the Round Rock, N Austin area. I am Cuban and FIlipino, single Mom very friendly, fun, outgoing, caring, down to earth kinda person who loves exploring, country music, traveling and a big time foodie and best of all NO DRAMA kind of person. I will be relocating with my 11 year old daughter, she is very respectful, clean, quiet and keeps to herself, she will be in school all day and I will be working 8-5 M-F in the office and oncall A LOT as I staff for Phoenix, Nashville and now taking on Austin. I am honestly looking to rent 1 if not 2 rooms in an apt or house. We are good company and mostly hermits but also can be friendly, we will spend a lot of weekends in Ft Worth as my sister lives there. Looking for someone no drama and down to earth and clean like ourselves and prefer no cats as I’m allergic but I also can take an allergy pill if its a must lol!
