Joey

Hi there, I’m Joey F, she/her. I’ve started a new job in the East Bay for Design/Build/Maintenance company as a Fine Gardener.
Hobbies/interests: gardening, horticulture, cooking/baking, nature, sustainable living, regenerative agriculture, music, art, travel, learning. I have lots of outdoor potted plants myself and a beloved Chihuahua named Kingston and sweet female cat Cristela. Kingston senior sweet boy, housetrained, has special needs ( blind, deaf and diabetic) likes people.
As a housemate: I’m respectful, independent and to myself mostly but also like to have some camaraderie with who I live with…occasional meals, chit chat etc. If you are a kind, respectful human we should get along great. Amenable to small gatherings and meeting new people as long it’s not a open door, party house. Responsible, pay rent, clean up in common areas and after my dog. Like direct communication. Non smoking, Not into drugs or substance abuse, 420 friendly but I don’t use. I drink occasionally and lightly, usually at a meal or socially. I use eco friendly products as much as possible. I have lots of outdoor plants but will be getting rid of some .
