Hi, I’m Dan, and I’m searching for 3 trustworthy roommates as soon as possible for rent and utility help for a 4 bedroom house that’s up for rent in Macomb county Michigan. Monthly rent is $1,150 and the homeowner requires that the combined income between the residents is 2.5 time the rent. There are hookups for a washer and dryer but unfortunately no appliance is included so drier, washer, stove, fridge, air conditioner if needed and microwave would have to be bought or brought between everybody who moved in. He also requires credit and backgrounds check plus the minimum credit has to be 600+. He also requires a one time security deposit of one and a half times cost of monthly rent upon signing. I know that his high move in requirement and fees are pretty expensive but between myself and 3 other people making a good income it should be no problem. He also has a no pets, no smoking, no felonies, and no evictions rule, if this interests anybody reading this please message me. I am a responsible and realiable person I always pay my rent and bills on time or even before it’s due. I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I clean up after myself, and I get along great with other people.
