I’m a pretty easygoing person. Cleanliness, organization, and tidiness are very important to me, so I’ll be sure treat my own space and any shared space with that level of respect. I don’t drink, smoke, or do any kind of drugs, and I have never been the partying type. I also value my own time and space, and I respect other people’s need for the same😃

I currently work from home selling comic books on eBay and via live auctions online. So I do need the space for an office or a large enough bedroom for a desk and to store my comics and resell material. I have two sweet cats, Katy and Bean who are very well litter trained.
