I don’t smoke or party. I love a good night in or a adventure out on the town. I’m mellow and mind my own business so every roommate I’ve had has turned into a great friendship. I am very into cooking new recipes right now so I need a taste tester to share with and have OCD level cleanliness standards so you’ll never need to worry about me. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, even if they aren’t the most organized. I am looking for a roommate to sign a minimum 12 month apartment lease. In suite washer/dryer for a 2Bed2Bathroom. Must be willing to sign a 12 month least and have good credit to pass background sign up. Looking for someone to pay $1200-$1400 (ish depending on utilities). I’m currently looking at apartments on weekends and don’t mind you coming with.
