Hi, 👋 I’m 18 and female looking for a room to rent out of a house, preferably in Larkfield, Windsor or Santa Rosa area. I work full time at an auto body repair shop in Santa Rosa and part time at a bowling alley in Windsor. I have a 2-year-old indoor kitty named Belle, she’s shy at first but the sweetest thing ever when you get to know her. She is a shorthaired tabby’s, has been indoor her whole life, and she is up to date on shots, flea and ringworm medication and both is fixed. I am responsible, super motivated, trustworthy and great with communication. My goal is to move out in less than a month because my parents are selling the house. I’d prefer to save them some money and get my own place since I can afford it now but they have graciously offered to help pay for any expenses (if necessary). The price I have listed is what we’re comfortable spending per month, on our own, with no support from parents. Ideally, I’d like to have a place that includes all essential utilities in the rent, has a private bathroom, backyard and possibly a garage to work on cars in but I’m really not picky, I’ll be happy with whatever you have to offer. I would like to live with someone who is 420 friendly since I’m a daily smoker so you’ll get all the free bong rips you want :) No problem if there is a no smoking inside rule. I enjoy making new friends so if you’re still reading and interested, I’m a great listener, talker, I’m very open minded and I’ll always make sure you’re comfortable (especially in your own space). I’m very tidy. I take pride in keeping my space looking nice and inviting and I always clean up after I make a mess, I will never just leave it to sit. I work at a collision repair shop Monday-Friday from 8am to 5-7pm sometimes and usually never go straight home so I won’t even be there half the time, I’m mostly just looking for an inviting place to relax after work and rest my head. I also have a job the Windsor bowling alley in the evenings and on weekends, my schedule there isn’t very consistent though. I plan on getting a third job soon to take up some of my downtime since I don’t always like to sit around and do nothing. When I do have free time, I like to drive around, visit cool places with friends, shop, watch tv/movies and spend time with my kitty. I’m pretty much always looking for creative ways to make more money or ways to increase my knowledge in things I’m passionate about. I love anything to do with cars, especially Pontiacs and older cars. I’m open to living near or in the country, maybe some farm animals would be really cool :) I might end up taking some classes at the JC soon, so living with other students would be just fine with me. Basically, I’m open to pretty much anything, just looking for someone with a similar mindset as me so, please, feel free to message me and ask as many questions as you’d like.
