I am currently living in Manchester and studying Business Law at MCC; working full-time at a local retirement community. Born and raised in New Jersey, I moved out here 5 years ago. Friendly toward both children and animals (no allergies), though I have none of my own. Interests: Business operations, cooking, etymology, filmography/photography, history, literature, music, video games and virtual reality

I believe in authenticity and diligent work. I DO:

• clean up after myself (cooking, showering, returning indoors)
• communicate (regarding upcoming bills; concerns, considerations and courtesies; any other issues)
• listen to loud music (negotiable)
• not mind helping out (do dishes, take out trash, etc.)
• respect privacy and time, and that goes both ways
• smoke (outside or off the property, if required; I take measures to eliminate/reduce odors)

Never have I ever been evicted nor am I a criminal/felon. I DO NOT:

• make a mess and leave it
• make excessive noise (music doesn’t count!)
• neglect hygiene/sanitation (no food remains or bugs in my room)
• take or use without asking (food, household items, etc.)
• turn down a [spicy] meal
• use hard drugs (I barely drink alcohol as it is)
