I also have permanent income through SSDI(triple the rent I’m looking for, so I’m good to pay no matter what). If I’m doing subcontracting I’ll be gone mornings to afternoon. If bartending I’ll be gone nights to morning. Training can happen at anytime . If room for weights and benches great. If not I’ll storage them. I’m a minimalist, very quiet, no drug use, great personality, laid back these days. I watch movies sometimes with headsets. I’m leaving Michigan after 10 years to come back to my hometown the twin cities to start where I left off 20 years ago and fix a few things to move on with my life. Finally my kids are all grown. But I will most likely never have anyone over. Just living to better my life and start fresh for the first time in 20 years. I have lived in many states and tons of towns/ cities so I get along with most all people age, race or sex type. Let’s talk to feel each other out and go from there.
