Hello!

I am currently looking for someone to partner up with on a 2bd/2bth apartment, or looking for someone renting out a room who is LGBTQ+ or an ally, and who would like to have a convivial place to call home!

About me: I’m a 30y/o career-driven individual who works from home in the evenings, but during the daytime, I like to enjoy my space and explore the town and local shops. I am very easygoing and often get along with everyone I meet. I am looking for someone with these same attributes, who is looking to create both a safe space in the home and one that welcomes good energy and communication. I like to be friends with my roommates and welcome others wanting to build community in the home. I’m very good at scouting for locations, and organizing logistics, and can help guide us in finding our perfect apartment.

I’m social and like to have some of my close friends over, but not one to host big gatherings or any parties. I’m not opposed to small gatherings once in a while, as long as we’re both okay with it.
