I’m an ESL professional who will typically only be in the city during weekdays and spend the weekends downstate with my family. I’m very laid back but prefer to keep things clean since this will be my sleeping/unwind space. I’m super friendly and go with the flow, and would be happy with roommates who liked to go out and spend time together or who would prefer to keep to themselves. I’d rather not live somewhere where cigarettes are smoked indoors, but I’m cool with animals, cannabis, and drinking.
