I recently had a house fire and I’m forced to find housing unexpectedly. I have lived alone for the last 9 years but I’m open to a roommate situation now given my circumstances. I have always lived downtown and love the park ave area! I’m extremely clean and tidy. I also am relatively quiet and go to bed early usually. I use coasters and always put new rule of toilet paper on lol. I don’t drink, smoke, party or anything like that. I own my own business so I’m there a large majority of the time. I also enjoy traveling and being outdoors. Eating healthy, working out, and doing yoga are all daily practices for me. Prefer Fem/Queer people for roommates but open to all. I can pay cash for rent!
