Hi, I’m a 26- year-old male looking for a room to rent near the water and close to my career. I’m clean, considerate, and will have a car as well as a stable income. I’m looking for a 3-6 month lease with potential to extend. Will need a private, connected bathroom and ideally laundry on site. Desk space in the room would be ideal, since I’ll be working remotely 3-5 days per week.
