Divorced (10 yrs) young, athletic 62 (people say I look 10-15 yrs younger), responsible, considerate and respectful of others and their property. Very good socially but enjoy my quiet time also. In my younger years I shared homes with various roomates(I was the one who stayed and saw various roomates, M & F come & go). Very light drinker, never smoked. Work for same company last 6 yrs. I’ve owned three homes and am pretty handy with tools. The reason I am here is my 23 yr old son is getting his own place and with my potential travel for work it makes more sense to rent a room vs rent a whole apartment. Plus it would allow me to save more towards retirement.
