LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE

2 bedroom apartment $1300 $650 each

My current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease at the end of July, so I’m looking for any one person to take over her part of the lease. Preferably someone who is close to my age

Apartment located in Waipahu right next to “Waipi’o Soccer Complex” Total rent: $1300 We would each pay $650 each

Utilities include water,gas,sewer,trash Utilities NOT included (electric,WiFi/internet)

The apartment is located on the second floor of a two story building. Mailbox is right in front of apartment building.

Comes with a free reserved parking spot right in front of apartment.

Washing machine is located outside as well as communal clothes drying wires.

Little bit about myself: my currently 22 years old with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Science and am going to pilot school at Honolulu Airport to become a helicopter pilot. I’m very easy and welcoming and enjoy conversations as well as I also like time to myself and locking myself in my room lol. I have a full time job in Honolulu and then go straight to school right after. I work early mornings and wake up at 3am each morning and leave around 3:30am as well as head to bed early around 8pm each night except weekends.
