Hi! I’m a non smoker (not pet friendly, unfortunately, due to allergies!) 39 year old looking for a roommate for affordable housing in Maryland (D.C. metro area). I’m a non smoker (no vape/cannabis), very clean, respectful, keep to myself for the most part, very independent. Looking for a quiet, kind female (preferably older, as I’m an old soul!) to share a peaceful home with. If we can become friends, that would be amazing–but co-existing peacefully is brilliant, too. I’m a singer and sing and play piano during the day, so at times I’m loud, but only when I work during daytime hours (and it’s not all day everyday). I’m mindful and respectful of quiet hours.
