Born and raised in this area. Unfortunately, things didn’t pan out with my wife and it takes time to get into an apartment nowadays. I work a lot, am a morning person, clean/organized and keep things low key. I would like to rent month-to-month, hoping a divorce doesn’t happen, and if it does, I would prefer a 6,9 or 12 month lease.
