My wife and I owned in LWW from 2006-2022. We sold our home on Hummingbird last after moving to Florida in 2019. Sadly, we are currently separated and back in CA; she’s in Petaluma and I’m totally committed to moving back up here. I will need your room for at least 6 months but very possibly more. I would be happy to pay for August even though I will not stay there yet.
