Hi! My boyfriend and I are a responsible working couple (26 & 28) looking for a room, ADU, or shared apartment with a move-in date sometime in June, ideally before July 1st. I work in a dental office and he is an assistant manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and we both maintain steady full-time employment. We’re clean, respectful, easygoing, and keep a quiet home life, but we’re always friendly and considerate with the people we live around. Our max budget is $2,200/month including utilities, and we would ideally need parking for two cars (street parking is perfectly fine).
