I’m looking to move into a two bedroom apartment with a roommate some time between April 24th and May 15th. I have several places in mind around Golden, Lakewood, Littleton, DTC, or Centennial.

The apartments:

• Bedrooms at least 12x13
• Private bathrooms
• Walk in closets
• $1100-1300 per month each
• Air conditioning
• In unit washer/dryer

About me:

• 33 year old female
• Friendly introvert
• Easy going, drama free
• Home thermostat: 72°F or less
• On a scale of 1-10 for tidiness: 8
• I have one very well behaved, friendly cat
• I love hiking, fly fishing, video games, TV shows, stand up comedy, and delicious food
• I dislike country music, aggressive dogs, and feta cheese
• I work as a paramedic
• Considerate and respectful of shared space
• Open to hanging out/becoming friends

Ideal roommate:

• Age 24-46
• Easy going and drama free
• Doesn’t use hard drugs
• Not a heavy drinker
• Not allergic to cats
• Doesn’t have cat-toxic plants
• On a scale of 1-10 for tidiness: 7, 8, or 9
• Considerate and respectful of shared space
• Pets: None or only one; cat or small dog, calm, well behaved, not aggressive at all, with a known history of getting along well with cats
