I moved to North Carolina from New York 2.5 years ago, spent my first 2 years here working as a live-in nanny. Now I’m looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to live with someone who is friendly and courteous. I’m chill, neat, and a pretty good cook who doesn’t mind sharing. I was raised to be considerate and respectful, so that’s the kind of housemate I am. I work from home as the team lead for a call center with a government contract, so I will be home every weekday and really need a dedicated/quiet environment until 5:30pm each weeknight. I don’t mind kicking in extra for electricity and/or internet since I’ll be using so much more of it working from home.
