WM 58 yr old, Program Director in IT (information technology) and I work remotely from home (I know that is not preferred for some renters…) so I would need consistent Internet.
Two daughters in school (live with their mom in Ball Ground where I visit them.)
Quiet, clean and low maintenance type roomie; I am usually working quietly or at the gym.
Ideally parking for motorcycle and small car.
