I am looking for a roommate(s) to team up with and find a place. I have a dog and would love to find a place that has a yard. Iām laid back, clean and always pay me rent and bills on time. I manage a clinic and a pharmacy in Calabasas so I am out of the house from 8:30 to 6 M-F and then I usually take my pup to the dog park so I dont get home till around 8/9pm. I are looking in the woodland hills, tarzana and surrounding areas and am looking for a condo, townhouse or house with washer/dryer in unit. Other amenities are a plus but not a must. I need to find a place asap so I can be out of my current condo by Sept 1st
