I’m a simple man with simple needs. I’m quiet and easy to get along with. I just need a stable, hopefully quiet place to call home. I have a daughter of 8 yrs who will visit weekly. She is very sweet and well behaved. She also LOVES animals (what child doesn’t, right? I also love animals BTW). I’m a mechanic but I wear gloves so my hands are always clean. I practice good hygiene and will keep my room neat, as well as any common areas that are at my disposal. I don’t party or do drugs but I also mind my own business if you know what I mean.
