Hello There, My name is Thomas laurance i’m single in my 40’s and I have lived in Williamsburg for 6 years. I moved to south Florida almost 2 years ago and now back in the area and looking for a long term agreement, or month to month. I’m a professional photographer and work in Tv and Film production but also considering a full time position at Bednark located in the Brooklyn Navy yard so this area is the perfect location. As a handyman / carpenter I have fixed up every place I have lived. I have a clean background, credit score, proof of employment, plus a 5 year reference letter from my last landlord here in brooklyn.
