Preference is for a private bath but will consider a shared bath with a clean, tidy, respectful person. Preference is for long term 12 months. I’ve been renting a room in MV almost 5 years but the owner has decided to turn the page onto the next chapter of her life. I am a very quiet, private, clean, considerate, easy going, responsible, reliable, respectful and helpful human being with a clean background. I am friendly, easy to get along with and value my privacy. I work 3-4 days a week outside the home. When I am home I keep to myself you won’t even know I’m there.
