Looking for a roommate! My rent in my 1BR keeps going up every year and I just can’t keep up. Looking to move out and share expenses with someone!

A little about me:

My name is Kris (she/her), i’m 25. Looking for someone that wants to find a 2 bedroom in Nassau County, preferably the Glen Head/Glen Cove/Locust Valley/Sea Cliff/Oyster Bay area, but i’d be open to other locations as long as the commute to my job isn’t over 30 minutes. (I work in Sea Cliff). I’m very laid back, like to do a lot of creative projects like painting or tattooing myself if the mood strikes me right. I work full time as a nanny and love kids, but would prefer not to live with one. Super pet friendly, 420 friendly, and LGBT friendly and would prefer a roommate with the same preferences. I almost always have Family Guy or something equally stupid/entertaining playing in the background while I do whatever it is that I do. That being said, I work a lot and am not home a good amount of the time.

Im looking to pay a MAX of $1200 a month, with or without utilities. I would like someone to be clean and organized mainly in the shared common spaces (kitchen, tv room). Would prefer a female roommate; open to more than one. Hit me up if this sounds like something you’d be interested in and we can meet up to get to know each other and if it works out, start looking for a place together! My lease is up in November.
