My name is Paul. I am a professional freelance Artist and private MMA instructor looking to establish roots in a new home town. I believe in a balance between professionalism and friendship regarding living with others. I have experience with having roommates from living in Seattle and dorm-life in the Air Force. All previous experiences were positive and I’m still friends with roommates to this day.

I like fine arts, hiking, MMA, fitness, and gaming. I don’t smoke but I’ll have a beer with a burger every once in a while. I got my party phase out of my system and now I’m focused on making big moves in life and aiming at 1-5 year goals.

I am looking for a 2 month lease but would be open to extending depending on the overall experience.
