I’m looking for somebody to partnership on a lease. My lease will be ending on May 18th I would like to renew it and stay here but find a new roommate. The rent is anywhere from $650 to about $700 depending on how much water we use. Electricity is usually around $50 each. Wi-Fi is also $35 each. I generally work 10-3 and 10-7. I have a 3 year old husky mix that is quiet and honestly lazy. She gets along great with other people and pets. I am a bit of a clean freak and tend to keep to myself. I can cook even if i don’t like to. I would like to lease for a minimum of 9 months. i don’t mind sharing food unless i specifically say otherwise about a certain item. I don’t have friends over often and I’ll let you know ahead of time if I do.
