Hi everyone! I’m Sandy from Colombia, I’m 27 years old and I work as a nanny full time M-F. I’m very clean and organized with my space and respectful of each other as well.

I’m currently in Philly close by the Drexel University and the art museum. My lease will end in April 17/24, so I’m starting to look for a new place. I would like a place to share with someone that’s is clean and organized as well. My budget is up to $900, I would like to find somewhere there is accessible parking and either some outdoor space at the place or nearby.
