Hi! I am looking for a private room with a shared bathroom. My budget is around $1100 if possible. I have 1 cat. My ideal move in date is between 08/15/2024-08/23/2024. I have a couple places in mind, but I am open to other options in SJ, Santa Clara, or Milpitas.

Here’s a bit about me: I’m 23. I work in healthcare. I love hiking and photography. I generally like to keep to myself since I’m pretty busy, but I’m down for an occasional coffee run or lunch together.

What I’m looking for in a housemate: clean and friendly. I’m open to being friends with them, but if you prefer your own space I will respect that too. I’m also looking for any apt/house/townhome with an in-unit washer-dryer. I will be in a long distance relationship so I would need someone who is comfortable with occasional male overnight guests.
