Hey there! I’m a recent grad who is relocating to the Woodland for my current job. I’m single, have good credit, and pet friendly. I’ll be out of the house a lot during the week for work (40 hrs/week), but also on weekends I like getting out to go thrifting, visit local coffeeshops, and go hiking. I’d ideally like to be friendly with my housemate(s), but what really matters to me is that we keep communal spaces tidy and that the space has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
