If you are a male, im interested in your listing for my boyfriend…27 y/o African American just moved here in March from North Carolina to work & be with me. Currently employed with well known local irrigation company, paid weekly. Extremely trust worthy, clean, quiet, minds his business, any home rules he will abide. No pets, he does smoke marijuana however will not do so in house of course…he only knows me from RI so guests will not be an issue other than me frequently. Typical work day is 7:30-4 or later, M-F sometimes Saturday so he will be scarce & when home he stays in his room..Ready for move in, (not interested in applications, need immediate housing as his current month to month arrangement is ending 8/1) He is already paying 900 at his current spot so the price is right for him. Too early (for me haha) in the relationship to commit to moving in together & if we do, we will be going back to NC when the irrigation season ends in December so that is about how long he will occupy.
