Hi, Roomie! I am putting feelers out there for a well-matched roommate ♡ I want to be as close to the ocean as possible - I’m pretty sure I was a mermaid in a past life :) I’d love to connect and create an old-school, adult-i-fied BFF kind of relationship, but I’m also perfectly okay with keeping to myself :)

My preferences are: first, Destin, then Miramar, and then lastly (the location/home/price would need to wow me) Santa Rosa Beach - I would like to be closer to things as opposed to more rurally isolated - I grew up in the city (Atlanta) and like the hustle and bustle of being connected to my community. I’m also not interested in being on the Fort Walton side of the bridge nor crossing the toll bridge up toward Niceville, etc. I moved down here to be within minutes of ze ocean, especially on a whim <3

I’m 36-years-old, a college graduate (with honors), I have excellent credit (772), I’m a night owl, an introverted-extrovert, I have combined-type ADHD, I don’t do drugs (I’m okay if you smoke though, I just don’t), I drink good bourbon or a full bodied cabernet, I’m not a partier but know how to have a good time, I’m a Netflix-n-Chill kinda gal (though I’m terrified of scary movies), I love board games, writing is my greatest strength, I enjoy reading, I love yoga, I really enjoy swimming, I think clouds are magical, the moon makes me happy, I love plants, I’d love to get outdoors more and have a walking/hiking/swimming buddy, I’m a huge advocate for sustainability, I love responsibility sourced Bohemian fashion but I also adore luxurious things, I am a big foodie, I believe in the Universe and in the Law of Attraction, I’m a nerd about quantum physics and neuroscience (I love educational/spiritual content), I keep a very clean house (I have “OCD tendencies”), I’m always working on becoming a better version of myself, I’m hypervigilant but I’m steadily working through my life’s traumas/heartbreaks, I’m not dating (and haven’t in 2 years) because I’m healing from a 9-year relationship and broken engagement, I would never invite someone into our home without first communicating with you and would respectfully ask the same (for the safety and security of our possessions), I’m a very loyal friend, I can be impulsive, I do my absolute best to anticipate people’s needs but without sacrificing my own comfort in the process, I believe in setting respectable boundaries and I think this is something that should be discussed in detail from the beginning so that we’re on the same page and can better understand our expectations of one another - best to be proactive rather than reactive!

***Must be dog friendly, as I have 2 pupperonis that are emotional support animals (4.5 & 6 years old - both female Australian cattle dogs, fixed, microchipped, fully up to date with vaccinations, ~50lbs each, and I’ve had them since they were 9 and 7 weeks old). They’re beautiful, very intelligent, house-trained, and they are non-chewers. Luna can be a protective barker at times, but she’ll stop once she knows everyone is safe ♡ ***
