Hamza

Hello, my name is Hamza. I am a student who plans on obtaining a degree in Architecture. I’m originally from Sacramento County but I’m hoping to move somewhere close to UC Irvine as I will be attending there in the fall semester until I receive a bachelors degree. I’m hoping to find a room that doesn’t go above $1,500. I’m planning on moving sometime in mid September, preferably on or near the 20th. I would prefer a roommate or roommates who don’t party or smoke. I don’t have anything against either of these but I’d prefer to live somewhere calmer so I can focus on receiving a degree as quickly as possible. With that being said, I don’t mind smaller parties. I just don’t like loud obnoxious parties that drag on until the early morning. Living in Sacramento, you could occasionally witness parties where people blast music until 2AM and I’d rather not relive the sleepless nights and horrors of that. On my free time, I like to spend time with my friends and go hiking or visit new restaurants. My favorite hikes are the ones with magnificent views but my favorite hike of all time would be Horsetail Falls in Tahoe. Often times, I like to sketch or paint with acrylics. Unsurprisingly, I like to sketch and paint lots of scenery and views whether it’s from a picture I took or one I found online. If I’m not with my friends or painting/sketching, then I’m probably playing video games or watching TV. Other than that, i’m somewhat social. I like meeting new people and spending time with my friends and I’d prefer a roommate that doesn’t isolate themselves, but I’d also prefer some alone time every now and then and I’d completely understand if you did too. As I’ve said before, I don’t want to rent a room for more than $1500 and I’d prefer to live as close to the University of CA Irvine as possible. With my schedule, I would mostly be in the university or at the place I’m renting. Since I spend a lot of time in the place i’m staying at or renting, I like to keep my living place clean. I usually clean my current home every weekend and I would not be able to live in a messy house. Even when it comes to doing dishes, I do it right away because it just feels more relaxing. I’m more than happy to stay with multiple roommates but I would prefer my own room. If you want some useless information about me, I speak English, German and Farsi. I have a diverse family and because of this, I like to learn about lots of new cultures. I’m also really big on movies and watch something new every weekend with my brother.
