I’m selling my home of 30 years and substantially downsizing. I’m quiet, shy, clean, honest to a fault, pay my bills on time, disabled with COPD so am on oxygen 24/7 but quite ambulatory and able to take care of myself regardless, am always willing to help, and although I cherish my alone time, love being around other people. I have no children or grandchildren, just two medium sized hounds, and am extremely tolerant so I do not complain about much, if anything. I cannot offer references since I haven’t rented anywhere for the past 30 years.
