Hello I have traveled the world for fun and service and I am grateful to have visited most continents. One of my main focus in life has been health and I live by the adage “Let Thy food be Thy medicine”, I do not take any prescription drugs. I have learned natural ways of healing since very young, starting the interest thanks to a wise yogi grandmother.

This year (2023) I had the opportunity to go on a sailboat to Australia and New Zealand. Writing a book at the moment of many adventures. Would love the opportunity to stay in the Humboldt area for a while. I travel alone, no pets, I do not smoke. Have great references
