Hi, I’m a single mom with 50/50 custody of my 2 year old son. I’m currently running an independent personal training business out of a gym in Longwood. Which means I get up early and go to bed early. So sleep is crucial for me. I currently live in Altamonte Springs, but my lease is up in the beginning of December and I’m not planning on renewing it. I am an happy, extrovert, but I do like my privacy and peace when I’m home. I would like for an ideal roommate situation to be with someone that’s clean, neat, respectful of my privacy, accept kids and won’t have a lot of social gatherings. I need a safe environment for my child so that’s why I sound like a grandma.
