Hi. I work in medical research at a university hospital in New York City. Hoping to move by the end of the summer. Can arrange to move sooner or later if the right situation comes up.

I prefer a female roommate but guys are okay too. I don’t have any pets but would be thrilled if you do. I don’t smoke or drink and won’t mind if you do. I’m indifferent about 420.

I’m interested in a peaceful living space and a reliable roommate. I have good credit 747 TransUnion Score, 794 FICO. I am never late with rent or any other financial obligations.

I love dogs; cats are my friends as well, though I presently have neither. I work in my hospital office most weekdays. I leave for work around 9:30/10:00 AM; usually leave my office between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. Willing to adjust morning schedule in the event of a conflict with your routine.

I’m well-mannered, responsible, and quiet. My politics are progressive and my temperament even. I’m a good listener. A regular guy with a lot of education. I’m out of the house on most weekends.

Training in martial arts for forty years. Two black belts from two traditional styles of karate. US Karate Federation National Champion for men 35+ in 2016.
