Nice to Have, but Not a Deal Breaker: -Able to set up a garden in yard -Pet friendly (would like to get a cat if there isn’t one in the household already) -Would love close access to a green space with shaded trails -Long term rental potential preferred as likely to be stationed in VA for 3 years

My Ideal Future Roommate: -Semi-sociable (friendly but has their own friends and interests) -Mature, low drama (not a party animal who is frequently inebriated) -Respectful of shared spaces, noise, and neighbors -Clean as you go philosophy for common areas (No lingering dirty dishes, messy counters, etc.) -Non-smoking, mostly sober -Observes quiet hours by 9PM -Occasional guests fine but significant other isn’t there constantly (no desire for a third roommate)

About Me: I am a quiet, neat, respectful, responsible, financially stable, fully vaccinated and boosted, non-smoker, non-drinker, non-partier, who will be spending much of my day working but am eager to explore Virginia in my downtime.
