Hello, I am replying to your ad for a room for rent. I am a 55 year old female, I have lived on Somerset Drive in Windsor for the past 25 years. My husband and I are separating, and I am seeking a housing arrangement. I own my own car and have ample resources to pay first, last security, etc. I am a non-smoker, and I have very high standards for neatness and organization. I do enjoy cooking, I feel I am very talented in the kitchen, and I clean as I go. I would not expect to be entertaining any guests. I have my own lap top computer and cell phone, and T.V. if you’ll allow it. I do not need cable, as I have subscriptions to Netflix, Prime Video, etc. I spend a lot of time outdoors, hiking at Northwest Park, and go to Waterford Beach twice a week. I am a Notary Public, and am very involved in the Windsor Community, having recently displayed an Upcycled Planter in the Monarch Butterfly competition on the Green, I was sponsored by the Windsor Junior Women’s Club.
