Hello! My roommate and I have a bedroom in our 3 bedroom house available for a lease ending 1/31/25! The house has a lovely fenced backyard with a fire pit and a cute front yard with a covered front porch. The available bedroom is on the main floor and connects to a bathroom through the closet (bathroom can be private or shared based on preference). There is laundry on the second floor and a basement and garage for extra storage. The location is also super convenient with a 75/80 walkability and bikeability score.

I’m a veterinary assistant and work 3 12s and one 1/2 day but otherwise mostly hangout at home with my pets. I enjoy playing video games, boardgames/puzzles, crafting, and settling in for a good movie or show. I just moved here from Washington so I’m excited to explore the hiking in the area as well! I have a little crew of critters, Jiraiya, my 8-year-old Shiloh Shepherd, a lovable goofball weighing in at 95lbs. Korra, my 6-year-old Formosan Mountain Dog, she’s a bit shy initially but a sweetheart once she warms up, 60lbs. Both are reactive to dogs and sometimes people walking on the street but neither are aggressive. I am working on training and reconditioning with them and they are both getting much better! And then, there’s Appa, my 10-year-old cat. He is curious, friendly, and has affectionately been labeled a “dog” cat by many. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate more pets on the lease, but pet lovers are still welcome! Jeremy is also into boardgames, video games, and down for a good movie. He’s a big outdoor person too! Our home has a nice, comfortable energy and we’re looking for someone that brings that with them too 🙌 Reach out if you’re interested in meeting the pets and seeing the space!
