Pros: Clean and respectful No drug or alcohol issues ( I am normal though I do occasionally enjoy a drink like once every 3 months or so but I generally prefer a sober mind ) Non judgemental I am lgbtq and race friendly I work full time 730-4 2200 a month

Cons: Poor credit I’m trying to repair due to a rough patch of unemployment that led to my car being repoed. Was trying to repair some things because of potholes and inevitably did not have a ride to work, ran out of pto and could not find a job in time. I had paid all of my payments on time up til that point. So I now reside in the metro mke area my job is now on a bus line and I’m just trying to fix things honestly just looking for a second chance. 600 budget still leaves me enough for food and saving extra $ still which will help with any maintenance. I’ll also pay a month or 2 extra if it’s a worry.

Only other thing people might not like is I’m a metal musician I play guitar and write all in my headphones, though I’m not sure if string noise would be an issue I don’t think it’s much louder than a tv especially with the door closed. But otherwise I respect bed times and do not use any speakers to do so.
