I’m looking for a rental from August through December in Raleigh or any surrounding area, for myself and my dog. I’m a responsible person with a house-trained/potty-trained adult dog. I work full-time but it’s a remote position so I will be at the residence during normal work hours.

I am clean/organized. I don’t smoke/do drugs. I will pass a background check. Outside of work I like to go to the gym, walk the nature trails, yoga classes, dance classes, and volunteer at the animal rescue.

I’m hoping to find a place that doesn’t require climbing too many stairs. My dog gets along with all other animals as long as they don’t try to jump on him excessively. He prefers to be in a house with another dog but that is not required.

I’m an easy-going/kind person who is also tidy and can follow house rules. I prefer no smoking inside of the home. I also prefer if there isn’t children in the home full-time.
